At First FWB Church, we believe that God has given us a unique ministry for our city and
community. Part of that ministry is to make where we live, work, and play a better place. We care about individuals
and families, and we desire to be a family to those who have none.
God has richly blessed us with opportunities to reach out and minister to increasing numbers
of people. Through various activities in small-group and churchwide settings, each person has the opportunity to
meet his/her needs of Christian fellowship, friendship, and spiritual encouragment. Each opportunity emphasizes

+ How long do Sunday services last?
The Early Worship Service lasts an hour (8:15 to 9:15 AM). Sunday School begins at 9:30 AM and ends 45 minutes later at 10:15 AM. The Morning Worship Celebration spans an hour and 20 minutes, from 10:30 AM to 11:50 AM. The Evening Worship Service lasts an hour (6:00 to 7:00 PM).
+ What are Sunday services like?
All services are designed to bring praise, honor, and glory to God while meeting the needs of those in attendance. The Early Worship and Evening Worship services feature a more traditional approach to worship. The Morning Worship Celebration is more contemporary, including praise and worship music.
+ What will my children do during Sunday services?
For children in grades 5 and under, Children's Church is available during the Early Worship and Morning Worship Celebration services. Toddlers' Worship (ages 3-4) is available during those services as well. In addition, a fully supervised nursery for infants (up to age 2) is available during all worship services. Sunday School classes are available for children and youth (9:30 AM).
+ Will I be "put on the spot"?
Absolutely not! We want your experience at First FWB Church to be a comfortable, enjoyable one. It is never our desire to embarrass or "put pressure" on anyone at any time. To help us get to know you better, we do provide you with an opportunity to complete a "Communication Card", which you may drop in the plate during the offering.
+ What should I wear while attending First FWB Church?
Casual attire is fine. We care more about having you here than what you wear!
+ How much does Wednesday's Family Night Meal cost?
Pricing for the Family Night Meal (Wednesdays, 5:30 - 6:15 PM) is as follows: $4.00 per adult, $3.00 per child, $12.00 family maximum. (Note: Meals are not served during the summer months.)
+ Where is First FWB Church located?
First FWB Church is located at 4865 Nash Street NW in Wilson, NC. You'll find us at the corner of Nash Street / Highway 58 and Packhouse Road, across from New Hope Elementary School.
